The AUTHOR team has released software update v2.5.0 for AUTHOR KVANT 2.
The new version makes the device easier to use, expands security capabilities, and increases the vehicle's protection level.
Update Highlights
The following have been added in software v2.5.0:

Service mode control from the keyfob button: more convenient when handing the vehicle over for service, car washes, or maintenance.

Automatic exit from the Service mode: reduces the risk of leaving the vehicle unprotected after servicing.

AUTHOR SIREN BT support: expands the security capabilities of AUTHOR KVANT 2.

Anti-Tamper: strengthens protection against tampering attempts and makes alarm events more noticeable.

Expanded Super Anti-Carjacking logic: increases the effectiveness of protection scenarios in the event of unauthorized vehicle use.

More secure authorization PIN: you can now use a combination ranging from one to four digits long.

Emergency code entry via the service button: makes emergency authorization more convenient.

Low keyfob battery notification: helps you replace the battery in advance to maintain stable system performance.
Important
When updating to version v2.5.0, your current PIN will be reset. You will need to set it up again after the update.
