Consent to receive marketing materials

A legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or individual (hereinafter, the “Client”) gives its consent to AUTHOR-ALARM d.o.o. (hereinafter, the “Company”) to receive informational and marketing mailings (hereinafter, “Consent”).

1. Consent is recognized as the Client’s written consent to receive informational and advertising mailings.

2. Consent is given by the User on the website at www.author-alarm.com/advertising-agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

3. Acceptance of Consent on the Website or in the Author Connect app is carried out by clicking on the check box next to the text “I consent to receive informational and advertising mailings.”

4. This Consent allows the Company to perform the following actions via telecommunication channels:

4.1. Send short informational and/or advertising texts (SMS messages) via a mobile network.

4.2. Send advertising and/or informational push notifications (short pop-up messages appearing on Clients’ mobile device or personal computer screens);

4.3. Send informational and/or advertising messages to Clients via email to the email address specified by the Client during Registration or listed in their Personal Account.

4.4. Make advertising and/or informational calls to the phone number specified by the Client.

4.5. The actions specified in clause 4 of this Consent are carried out for the purpose of (including, but not limited to) communicating information to the Client, including advertising information, about the Company’s activities, special offers, promotions, the Company’s and its partners’ promotional programs, and events and presentations organized by the Company and/or its partners.

5. This Consent shall be valid indefinitely until revoked.

6. The Client has the right to revoke their Consent by sending a written revocation of Consent to the Company’s email address: support@author-alarm.com.

7. Upon receiving the revocation in accordance with clause 6 of the Consent, the Company shall not use the Client’s subscriber number to send informational and advertising messages.
